1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using a333bet in any capacity — including as a guest visitor or as a registered account holder — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and, if applicable, close your account.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by a333bet, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, HRG Live products, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. 2 Account Registration
To place bets, access casino games, or make deposits on a333bet, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and available to eligible players in Bangladesh who meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these terms.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account.

a333bet reserves the right to perform identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. a333bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify a333bet support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3 Age Restriction
a333bet operates a strict 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or access any real-money product on the platform. This policy is enforced through age declaration at registration, document-based KYC verification, and ongoing monitoring of account activity patterns that may suggest underage use.
Where a333bet has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is operated by a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms that the account holder is a minor, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by the minor will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible; any winnings accumulated will be voided and forfeited in their entirety.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on a333bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and selected Visa and Mastercard instruments where available.

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending mobile wallet or bank account does not match the identity of the registered a333bet account holder — are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible. a333bet reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment instrument.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless a333bet's compliance team approves an alternative destination in writing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed against the account's KYC status, wagering history, and bonus conditions before being approved. a333bet reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
- Deposits are credited to your a333bet Taka balance within 60 seconds of mobile wallet confirmation.
- Withdrawals are processed seven days a week including public holidays, subject to compliance review.
- a333bet does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own charges.
- Funds sitting idle in a dormant account for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, applied after written notification to your registered email address.
- In the event of a disputed transaction, a333bet will investigate and respond within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days.
5 Bonus Terms
a333bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which will include the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal limit derived from bonus funds.
General bonus conditions that apply to all a333bet promotions unless otherwise stated are as follows:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed the standard registration process and whose accounts are in good standing.
- Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry deadline will be removed from the account.

- a333bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or void bonus-derived winnings if it reasonably believes a player is exploiting a promotion through irregular betting patterns, hedging, or any other form of bonus abuse.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the terms of the specific offer, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Deposits made via certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific bonuses. Eligibility will be disclosed on the offer page prior to deposit.
Bonus Abuse: a333bet employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings voided, and may be permanently excluded from future promotional offers.
6 Betting Rules
All bets placed on a333bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport, or game in question. General betting rules that apply across all sportsbook markets are set out below. Product-specific rules for casino games, crash games, and HRG Live products are available within each game's information panel on the platform.
- Bets are accepted only when the platform displays a confirmed bet slip reference. Verbally communicated or otherwise unconfirmed wagers are not valid.
- a333bet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in the odds, including but not limited to pricing errors caused by data feed failures or human input mistakes.
- In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance. a333bet does not guarantee acceptance of any live bet after the event outcome has been determined, and any such bet that is erroneously accepted will be voided and the stake returned.
- Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing a wager.
- For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies to any match affected by weather interruptions. Settlement will follow the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body.
- Outright tournament bets (e.g., BPL Winner, T20 World Cup Winner) are settled based on the final official result. Dead-heat rules apply where two or more selections finish equal in outright markets that do not explicitly offer joint-winner terms.
- a333bet reserves the right to restrict or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion, including accounts identified as using professional syndicate strategies or arbitrage systems that distort market integrity.
7 User Obligations
As a registered player on a333bet, you agree to comply with all applicable obligations set out in these Terms & Conditions and to use the platform only for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms:
- Opening more than one account on a333bet, whether under your own identity or under any alias, false name, or third-party identity.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent KYC verification process.
- Using a333bet for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate that places wagers through your account on behalf of third parties.
- Employing any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to access, scrape, or interact with the platform in any manner not authorised by a333bet.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading — that is, placing bets using information that is not publicly available and that materially affects the likely outcome of an event.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing glitches in the platform for financial gain.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes that are not bona fide — initiating a chargeback for a deposit that was genuinely received and credited to your a333bet balance constitutes fraudulent conduct.
- Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before registering.
a333bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these obligations, and to withhold or void any balance, pending winnings, or bonus funds associated with that account pending investigation. Where the conduct constitutes fraud or a criminal act, a333bet may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
8 Account Closure & Termination
You may request the closure of your a333bet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@a333bet. Upon receipt of a closure request, a333bet will process the request within two Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
a333bet reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for the reasons set out below. Where an account is closed by a333bet for reasons related to fraud, terms violation, or regulatory obligation, the platform is not required to provide advance notice:
- Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months with no deposits or wagers recorded.
- Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon account closure by either party, these Terms & Conditions shall continue to govern any outstanding obligations, including the handling of any balance, the resolution of any pending bets, and the retention of account records in accordance with a333bet's data retention policy as set out in the Privacy Policy.
